Contract Administrator - Tier 1 Opportunity

Our client is one of Australia's leading tier 1 construction companies with a diverse portfolio of commercial, multi residential, social housing & government projects up to $300M, and a strong pipeline of upcoming work over the coming years. They require mid level & senior Contracts Administrators for $200m+ commercial projects in multiple locations (the CBD, Western, Eastern & SE Suburbs). This is a unique opportunity for you to gain exposure to a leading Commercial builder with a diverse portfolio of work in Victoria.As the Contract Administrator you will be responsible for:Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedulesProgress claim assistance and external variationsReview, negotiation and finalisation of subcontractsManagement and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claimAdministration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultantsAdministration of the project HSE systemTo be considered for the position of Contract Administrator you will require:Minimum 5 + years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in AustraliaCommercial or Large scale multi res experience preferableKnowledge of VIC construction market and subcontractorsStrong attention for detail and proven communication skillsDegree in Construction Management or similar requiredFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please click apply or contact Sophia Klein.
