Like to administer and ensure they are working? This role will see you working with us on a resources project helping ensure the smooth delivery of goods and services to us and the client.Basic Job RequirementsWhat does your day look like?Facilitate weekly progress meetings and issue minutes.Evaluate monthly progress claims.Prepare all contractual letters and maintain correspondence register.Review/evaluate contractor variation claims.Facilitate re-measure of quantities when applicable.Prepare Site Instructions and Contract Variation Documentation for agreed contractual changes.Monthly Contract Cost Reporting.Contract close-out activities.Other Job RequirementsAbout You:Minimum of 1 year experience in the role.Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel etc).Proven problem solver and daily planning.Ability to communicate effectively across different disciplines.Previous experience in mining contracts.Strong commitment to team safety.Career aspirations to work on interesting and challenging projects.Preferred QualificationsWhy Fluor: Being part of a truly global company, working on Tier 1 billion-dollar projects plus a significant project pipeline here at Fluor, we offer a rewarding long-term career and ongoing opportunities for development, all within a culture that truly values your contributions.
