Ideally suited to an existing Contract Administrator, who has 5+ years overall experience in a local builder with exposure to different project types, and has worked on projects from commencement to completion, you will be working under the guidance of the Project Manager responsible for each project. Other duties:
Construction tender preparation and evaluationManage the budget and costs associated with the construction projectAdministering RFI'sManage contract variationsProgress claims The Builder

We're on the hunt for candidates with experience in the tier 2,3 and 4 market of Melbourne's head contracting, building market. But, even more important than your experience is your attitude. They're looking for folks with a strong ethical compass who are dedicated to honing their skills.
This role is a good fit for individuals ranging from Intermediate to Senior CA level. It's adaptable, and we'll provide support to suit your level because you'll be working on-site under the guidance of a Contracts Manager.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
5+ years overall experience in Commercial projects (ideally having delivered 3+ jobs as the lead CA on the project)Experience working for a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Commercial builder in the local marketStrong verbal and written communication skills. How to apply
