Key Responsibilities:
As a Contract Administrator in Construction, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project delivery on time and within budget. Preparing and submitting progress claims, variations, and invoices. Assisting with the procurement of materials and services, ensuring all compliance and project standards are met. Monitoring project costs, budgets, and timelines to ensure financial targets are met. Negotiating contract terms and conditions, and resolving any contract-related disputes. Maintaining accurate project documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and financial records. Liaising with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution. Skills and Experience:
We are looking for candidates who have:
Proven experience in contract administration, ideally within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction contracts (AS4000, ABIC, etc.) and project management principles. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Aconex) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). A positive attitude and a passion for working within the construction industry.
