Western Sydney Constructions is a commercial and industrial construction company looking for a Contract Administrator / Junior Project Coordinator to join our hardworking and dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in data entry for cost control and budgeting
Assist with invoices and SWMS
Assist with estimating
General assistance to the team for errands
Have a hands-on approach to resolving problems
Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry
Commercial construction experience ideal but not essential
An understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and construction practices
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A critical thinker and problem solver
Have a can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and be a great team player
Buildlogic and Pro-Core experience ideal but not essential
Immediate start
