Pacific Center Planet of Adventures Pty Ltd on behalf of Industrial Projects Team – Thomastown VICIndustrial Projects Team is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator.Full name of the company: Industrial Projects Team, 14 Temple Dr, Thomastown, VIC 3074Vacancy address: 146 Carrington St, Revesby, NSW 2212Job industry: Mechanical installation and piping companyOccupation: Contract AdministratorWork type: Full time - 38h/weekSalary: $120,536 plus superannuationQualifications & Experience:At least AQF Diploma of Engineering or above - requiredPlus 2 years of experience in a similar position - requiredExperience supervising GMP, GxP, and QA documentation for pharmaceutical projects.Ability to read and interpret ISO drawings, fabrication drawings, and P&IDs.Understanding of client requirements and ability to communicate professionally.Capability to work with limited supervision and demonstrate proven team and individual performance.History of compliance and experience with Work Permits, JSAs, SWMS, and QHSE documentation.White Card (Construction Induction Card) is essential.Full driver's license and own vehicle required.Tasks and Duties include (but not limited to):Coordinate, negotiate, and supervise operational and technical activities of assigned projects.Scope of Work: Defining the specific tasks, deliverables, and responsibilities of each party involved in the project.Cost and Payment Terms: Agreeing on the price for the services or products, including how and when payments will be made.Timeline and Milestones: Setting deadlines for various stages of the project, including key milestones that need to be met.Quality Assurance: Outlining how quality will be managed and measured, including any testing or inspection requirements.Dispute Resolution: Agreeing on how any disagreements or disputes will be handled.Contract Duration and Termination: Specifying the duration of the contract and the conditions under which it can be terminated or renewed.Provide project support in procurement, planning, scheduling, reporting, estimating, quality assurance, scope/cost control, OHS, and project/contract administration.Represent the company in client and project meetings.Assist in the setup and continuous development of Quality Assurance Systems and required templates.Supervise quality inspections and ensure accuracy of QA documentation.Manage documentation control, including issuing and disposing of current/revised drawings and welder work packs.Identify and document quality non-compliances, coordinating with IPT Management for rectification.Assist Project Managers with daily activities and complete project administration tasks.Support Estimators with tender submissions.Adhere to safety, environment, and quality processes and standards.Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
