Your new company
Your new company is a construction company operating in SEQ. They have an amazing opportunity to join their expanding Toowoomba team. All candidates must have experience in the Commercial Construction space. Medium-rise experience will also be preferable.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for:
Progress claims and variations
Excellent communication skills
Working alongside the PM to ensure smooth operations
Strong subcontractor management skills
Preparation of scope of works, subcontractor packages and procurement schedules
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your application for this position, all candidates must have previous experience with commercial construction. You must possess a strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors of varying skill and knowledge.
You will also require experience with the following software:
Ms Projects
Jobpac
