We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join the Project Delivery Team based between our Pyrmont Office and your allocated project site.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Project through the delivery of duties that deliver effective project outcomes.
As the Contract Administrator you will:
Participate in project meetings throughout the project lifecycle Support project procurement through Tender activities Manage all contract documentation for the project Analyze budgets, cashflows and prepare reporting as required Attend site to assess and verify progress claims Manage internal and external relationships to ensure project outcomes As the ideal applicant you will be:
Tertiary qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or possess equivalent experience Similar experience with Industrial projects greater than $20 mil in value High developed interpersonal and relationship management skills Proven experience working with Trades, Suppliers, Consultants and external third parties How to apply:
