The Company Our client, a leading residential builder, has achieved impressive growth, more than doubling in size over the last two years.Employing around 150 dedicated professionals, the company is led by respected industry veterans.They operate with the structured processes of a tier-two firm, maintaining a strong commitment to safety standards.With projects typically ranging from $30M to $200M—primarily in residential but with select commercial ventures—the company has secured contracts extending through 2026, ensuring stability and job security for its team.Position Overview In this role, you'll work closely with the Project Manager and site team to manage all aspects of contract administration. Responsibilities include pricing, scoping trade packages, contract letting, progress claims, variations, cost reporting, and project closeout. Based on-site, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience under the guidance of the Project Manager and Senior CA.
Salary will be based on experience, with an expected range of $140K–$180K.
Duties & Responsibilities Support the project team in administering contracts throughout the project lifecycleAssist with project establishment, procurement, delivery, commissioning, and handoverPrepare, review, and manage contractual proposals for trade packagesFocus on managing variations and monthly paymentsTrack project expenditure against budgetAdminister the head contract alongside the Project Manager and Sr CAKey Requirements & Skills Degree in Construction or EngineeringExperience with a tier-one or tier-two builder on commercial projects over $10MStrong negotiation skillsProficient in Cheops and other relevant softwareIf you meet the criteria above and are interested in learning more, please apply below or contact Carmel Jones, Associate Director, at or
