Job Description
Contract Administrator – Exciting $30M Industrial Project
Location:
West Sydney
Contract Type:
3-6 months
The Role:
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our $30M industrial project. You will be responsible for managing contracts, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage contracts from inception through to completion.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and address any contractual issues or disputes.
Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled and documented.
Assist with cost control and budget management.
Prepare and review contract documents and change orders.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on Industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of contract law and construction practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
