We're looking for a dedicated Contract Administrator to join our team.
The Role: Contracts Administrator We are seeking a driven Contracts Administrator to join our Project Delivery team. You will be integral in managing the full lifecycle of high-end architectural builds ranging from $3 million to $15 million. This role prioritises quality, offering a unique opportunity to work on bespoke residential homes and boutique projects.
Your expertise will help ensure smooth project progression by handling tendering, procurement, and contract administration. You will focus on maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship and customer service. Candidates must be willing to travel, as one of our projects is based in Newcastle, and others are based around Sydney's North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, and Hills District.
Experience & Education Requirements Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Contract Administration Experience working on residential and commercial residential projects. Strong knowledge of the BCA/NCC and associated Australian Standards. Preparation of detailed scope of works. Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and techniques. Knowledge of construction contracts, bidding procedures, and industry regulations. Comprehensive knowledge of construction and development projects. Strong understanding of the building industry, practices, WHS, and government regulations. Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively. Experience with Procore is highly advantageous. Computer literacy on all Microsoft Packages & construction/project management software. Location: Based near Macquarie Park or Northern suburbs and willing to travel.
Summary of role requirements: Looking for candidates available to work: Monday: Morning, Afternoon Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon Thursday: Morning, Afternoon Friday: Morning, Afternoon 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
