Pharma Soul Holdings Pty Ltd is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure that contracts are executed in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
This role will play a critical part in supporting our operations and maintaining strong relationships with our partners and clients, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee contract variations, ensuring all changes are accurately documented and managed.
- Manage all contract related documentation, project paperwork, and service agreements.
Address and resolve any issues or queries related to these documents.
- Represent the organization's interests by managing risk and liability associated with contract terms, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts related to PPE and hygiene products, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Liaise with vendors and clients to negotiate terms, assess risks, monitor contract lifecycles, and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee contract-related costs, collaborate with internal teams, resolve disputes, and enhance contract management processes.
Ensure alignment with the company's high standards and regulatory compliance.
- Create and manage a centralized contract database to facilitate efficient tracking and follow-up.
Requirements:
Relevant Diploma level (or higher) or 3 years of experienceMinimum 2 years of experienceProficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.Ability to work unsupervised, in a team environment.Job Type: Full-time
