About the job We are seeking dedicated and experienced Contract Administrators to join our Capital Delivery team.
This role will focus on administering contracts in line with our Contract Management Frameworks, ensuring all contractual obligations are met, and overseeing supplier relationships.
The position involves working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and other key stakeholders to manage variations, assess commercial claims, and ensure compliance with governance and supply chain requirements.
You will also prepare monthly reports and drive continuous improvement in contract management practices.
In addition, your responsibilities will include: Leading contract administration for the Capital Delivery Portfolio.Managing contract variations, procurement, and compliance processes.Ensuring contractual compliance and accuracy of payment claims.Building strong supplier relationships and driving commercial performance.Collaborating with Finance Analysts, Project Managers, and Engineers.Preparing reports and ensuring governance and compliance standards are met.Your success in this role will come from: Formal qualifications in a related field such as Engineering, Law, Business, or Construction Management.Experience in contract/project administration in a large infrastructure setting.Strong knowledge of commercial and contract management, including negotiation and supplier management.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.To apply, click 'Apply'.
