We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all contract-related activities within our cabinetry business, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting our project teams in delivering high-quality, customized solutions. A candidate with bilingual abilities will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to the design, procurement, and installation of cabinetry solutions across various residential and commercial projects.Ensure that all contracts comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and company standards.Provide ongoing legal and contractual guidance to project teams, identifying potential risks and offering strategic recommendations to mitigate them.Assist with contract lifecycle management, from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.Review and manage contract documentation, maintaining accurate records that are up-to-date and easily accessible.Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve any contract-related issues promptly and efficiently.Prepare regular reports on contract performance, compliance, and any deviations from agreed terms.Support and advise manager and key stakeholders, ensuring smooth contract execution and project delivery.Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above.At least 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the Industrial sector.Proficient understanding of contract regulation and best practices, with a strong ability to interpret and apply legal terminology.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with contract management software is a plus.Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in both English and Chinese, are strongly preferred.Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative work environment.If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to contribute to our team, we would love to hear from you!
