Contract Administrator

The trustee for KB Patel Family Trust T/As Pilbara Cleaning Force is becoming one of the best cleaning companies in the Pilbara region, which is an all-in-one cleaning provider. We pride ourselves on providing friendly and approachable service for domestic as well as commercial services to our client satisfaction with a successful ratio. Works offer design, development, scheduling, execution, and maintenance of commercial property grounds.
We are currently looking for a full-time Contract Administrator with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The annual salary is between $70,000 to $80,000. The business is located at South Hedland, WA 6722.
Responsibilities:

Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected.
Developing, reviewing, and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects, and services.
Managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects, and services provided.
Working with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners, and others to ensure that goals are met.
Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions.
Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders.
Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities.
Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes.
Assessing the need for contract renewals or terminations and initiating necessary actions as required.
Reviewing and arranging new office accommodation.

Skills Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in business or other relevant qualification.
Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and project owners.
High level of negotiation and analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
Effective time management, project management, and supervision skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
