Job Description Seeking a motivated and skilled Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our WA office. In this role, you'll lead a talented team in our Technical and Sales divisions, working collaboratively to ensure smooth operations and drive revenue growth.

As a key member of the team, you'll support local and national team initiatives, manage office administration, and ensure compliance with company policies. Your ability to lead by example, foster teamwork, and maintain a positive office environment will be critical to your success.

What You'll Do: Office Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for staff in the WA office.Ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly and efficiently.Foster a collaborative, positive, and professional environment.Sales and Customer Support:Assist Sales teams in nurturing customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.Provide strategic support in developing sales proposals and materials aligned with customer needs.Oversee local and regional sales efforts, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.Contribute to building a healthy sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.Leadership and Collaboration:Lead and support the Perth Technical and Sales teams, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.Manage and prioritise tasks to keep departments focused and efficient.Process Improvement and Compliance:Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance customer interactions.Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with contractual terms.The Successful Applicant What We're Looking For:
