This role involves managing a portfolio of commercial projects, including fit-outs, new builds, and refurbishments projects across Perth, with project values up to $15 million.

The Role:
As a Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful running of projects.
Procurement of subcontractors and suppliesNegotiate contract terms and conditions with subcontractorsReporting directly into the project managerCoordinate the review and timely approval of payment claims submitted by subcontractorsReview and undertake the assessment of subcontractor variations in conjunction with the construction teamActively build strong relationships with key stakeholdersAbout You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
