We have recently secured a new, long-term project in the CBD region, and are looking for a Contract Administrator to join and support the team from ECI through to delivery.As a Contracts Administrator with Lendlease, you will be responsible for the procurement of major trade packages, administration of subcontracts, assessing variations and claims, as well as managing monthly forecasting, budget, and cost reporting, while fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Manage cost and contractual matters to ensure project costs, revenues, claims, variations, and supplier agreements are properly managed.Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of both head and sub-contracts.Manage procurement of major trade packages.Prepare cost forecasts, monitor financial status, and prepare cash flow statements.Undertake monthly progress claim reporting, and presentations to internal stakeholders.Manage project finalisation activities including financial and defects close out, and completion documentation.To Be Successful, You Will Need:Minimum 3 years' experience in the Construction industry, working for a main contractor, with experience on commercial and/or residential projects.Proven track record managing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance.Understanding of legal and commercial issues surrounding construction contracts.Proven ability managing procurement and tender processes.High-level financial knowledge to manage budgets and monitor costs.About Lendlease:At Lendlease, we create award-winning urban precincts, new communities for older people and young families just starting out, retail precincts, and workplaces to the highest sustainability standards.
