Summary

CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well-established, national commercial construction head contractor who have a new opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join the business due to newly awarded projects.

Projects are diverse in size & scale, with a high-end client base and regular repeat customers. Projects span from commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, or new build construction - typically ranging from $2m-15m.

The Role - Contract Administrator

With a modern CBD based head office, this role will be a hybrid between office & site. Projects are largely in & around the Perth CBD / metro area. As a national business, they ensure projects are well resourced, with an experienced Project Manager & likely a PC, playing a support role on projects in addition to the site delivery team. As Contract Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing sub-contractors, cost management, RFI's, and providing support to the PM.

Experience

The client is ideally looking for an intermediate level Contract Administrator, with 3+ years experience within the commercial construction industry - either in fit-out / refurb or new build construction.

Degree qualified, ideally in construction or project management.
