About the role:
The Group is seeking a Full-Time dedicated Contracts Manager to take custody and help navigate what is increasingly becoming a complex level of Legal and Compliance Obligations given the ever-increasing expansion of the business and the varying levels of bureaucracies involved.
What you will do
Oversee Share Trading contracts with a suite of Brokering Houses with a coordinated approach to Research and potential Investment decisions and final Contracts.
Manage Contracts and Legal arrangements in Australia, France, New Zealand and Japan including but not limited to:
Contracts to buy and sell property in multiple Local, National and International jurisdictions.
Manage legal requirements for "money transfers" between varying international jurisdictions.
Manage Leases and Rental Agreements.
Manage the Groups Licenses and varying licensing requirements.
Purchase and Sale Agreements for Plant and Equipment.
Management of the Groups Terms and Conditions for seeking of short-term credit facilities both to Debtors and from Creditors.
Manage any long-term credit Facilities with the Groups Bankers.
Oversee the Groups compliance with Bank and Directors Guarantees.
Manage Legal framework for:
Onboarding new employees.
New employee Contracts.
Negotiations and review of existing employee contracts.
Provide support and guidance on the legal requirements under Workers Compensation legislation.
Manage and Co-ordinate all Contracts with the Working Holiday Visa Makers and Compliance with current VISA regulations and legislation.
Oversee the awarding of Contracts for the Groups for its 680 lot residential subdivision construction and the sale of those lots to potential buyers on completion of construction.
The 680lot subdivision will extend to managing:
the existing database of interested buyers,
establishment of the Legal Covenants for the Estate,
all conveyancing and settlement matters on sale of the Lots,
marketing and media releases.
Undertake contracts analysis and providing advice to business.
What you will need
3-5 years experience in a Contract Administrator role.
Strong understanding of the applicable laws and regulations as described.
Ability to assess, manage and prioritise multiple tasks with an outcomes-based approach.
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Desirable but Not Essential
The ideal candidate would have multilingual skills and able to communicate in other languages especially French to accommodate our expanding business interests in France.
Have some legal background and/or training.
