The company
A well-known QLD developer who over the past two years has started their own building arm is known for delivering top quality high-rise apartment projects valuing from $30M up to $100M. They currently have two projects that the building arm is delivering and we are looking for some additional support in this division.
The role – Contracts Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join an experienced project team on an upcoming $55M luxury apartment build in the heart of the Gold Coast.
What We Are Looking For
8 to 10 years experience as a CA
Experience with well-known builders delivering high-rise residential projects
Able to be the commercial lead on a project of this size
Stability with previous employers
