Contract Administrator

Are you looking to work closer to home in the eastern suburbs?
This is a CA role working for an established builder with over 25 years of experience in the commercial construction and defence sectors. The business operates across Victoria and is steadily growing.
You will work with a project manager, site manager, and commercial team to administer projects valued between $100K and $10 million. It's also worth noting that they have several larger projects in the pipeline, so this role will see your experience grow as a CA.
As the business grows, the complexity of the projects will increase, exposing you to challenging projects and diversifying your experience. The company has focused on making it a great workplace; regular meetings, face-to-face feedback, and a line of reporting make it easy to know where you are going and what you are doing next.
You will be paid up to $125k, including super.
Experience as a contract administrator or similar within Australia is essential. Due to the nature of the work, Australian citizenship is also required for clearance.
