Specialising in Industrial, commercial and retail projects, ranging from $5M to $25M – you will gain exposure to D&C projects regularly.

Role
You will be working closely with experienced Project & Site Managers, where you will be responsible for:
Project procurement sub-contract letting design coordination (with architects & consultants) Variations and claims management ITP's/quality and general coordination/administration You will work across 2 to 3 projects at anyone time (dependent on project scales) and will use Procore as the management system.
This is a hybrid role between office and site.
Requirements
I am looking to speak with Project Coordinators, Project Administrators and Contract Administrators that have 2+ years working for a commercial builder. 
Experience working on commercial projects is essential, retail or industrial project experience would be advantageous. 
Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
