Maintaining a diversified supply chain, mitigating supplier capacity and schedule risks.
Critically appraising contracts documents to ensure requisite quality of the package prior to RFP / Contract.
Managing all contract administration processes including consultation with Legal, if required.Contract Negotiation and Execution: Negotiate any specific or contract or commercial terms with vendors.
Responsible for drafting contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates.
Working closely with project teams to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents.Variations: Assist with the assessment and negotiation of variations with vendors and preparing relevant Change Management decks for processing as part of all Change Orders.Administration: Manage and oversee all relevant contract administration requirements relating to executed contracts.Prepare, review, and modify vendor and contractor contracts to assist and support various business activities.Analyze potential risks and scope gaps in Vendor and contractor contracts.Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documentation.Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion.Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track.Integrating and coordinating vendor scope as part of the overall project delivery strategy by working in collaboration with the principal, project manager and consultants.Managing delivery of equipment in line with agreed Required on Job (ROJ) delivery dates.
Integrating program with overall master program in conjunction with the delivery team.Supply Chain Management: Facilitating project level vendor oversight and performance management.QualificationsQualifications in Business or equivalent knowledge and experience.A minimum of 2 - 5 years contract administration experience, preferably gained within the above environment.Excellent knowledge and experience in contract administration tools.Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.Advanced Microsoft skills are essential.Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
