This includes both new build, refurbishment and fit out projects up to $20m in value.
As they continue to expand their market share they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025 and as such they are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to their team.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities will include:Writing scopes of worksNegotiating and letting sub-contractsInvolvement with monthly cost reportsVariationsThe Successful ApplicantSelection criteria will include:Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projectsHigh level of computer literacyExperience with modern construction software systems e.g.
