Broad range of projects across multiple sectorsLong term role with financially secure businessAbout Our Client Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the industrial, commercial and government sectors.
This includes both new build, refurbishment and fit out projects up to $20m in value.
As they continue to expand their market share they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025 and as such they are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to their team.
Job Description Key responsibilities will include:
Writing scopes of worksNegotiating and letting sub-contractsInvolvement with monthly cost reportsVariations The Successful Applicant Selection criteria will include:
Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projectsHigh level of computer literacyExperience with modern construction software systems e.g.
Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc.Excellent interpersonal skillsWhat's on Offer On offer:
