This role is with a very established builder weeks from commencing a $12m commercial refurbishment project in the Ballarat region. You would be part of a locally based team looking to draw on the knowledge you have acquired over a minimum of two years of working as a CA on local commercial projects.

The salary range for this role is $110 -130k plus super, depending on your construction delivery experience.
This is a site-based role where you work as an integral part of a team dedicated to that project. You will work closely with the client, understand the nuances of your team, and move with them from project to project.
There are regular social activities for the team and annual performance and salary reviews to ensure progression. The importance of nurturing their people is evident in the extremely high retention of their employees.
Minimum Requirements:
At least two years of experience working as a CA in the commercial construction sector (residential or civil will not be considered).
A diploma or a degree in Building and Construction Management.
Local construction experience is a must.
