Job ResponsibilitiesCreating and negotiating contracts: Drafting and negotiating legally binding contracts for purchasing, sales, and employment.Ensuring compliance: Making sure parties understand and comply with the legal agreements and laws.Managing paperwork: Handling all paperwork related to contracts, including subcontracts and purchase agreements.Liaising with others: Working with project managers, architects, engineers, owners, and other stakeholders to meet goals.Advising management: Alerting senior management to contracts that need attention or decisions.Monitoring and reporting: Tracking and reporting on contract and project data, including job cost, revenue, and certificates of insurance.Job Type: Full-timePay: $71,445.70 – $80,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplementary Pay:CommissionOvertime payWork Authorisation:Australia (Preferred)Work Location: In person
