Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all contract-related activities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting our project teams in achieving their objectives.

Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to the procurement and installation of solar energy systems.Offer continuous legal guidance to stakeholders, analysing potential risks and providing strategic recommendations for risk mitigation.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for contracts, providing recommendations to management.Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with relevant environmental and energy regulations.Assist project teams with contract-related issues and provide guidance to ensure comprehensive understanding of rights and obligations.Maintain accurate and organized contract documentation, ensuring that records are up-to-date and easily accessible.Oversee the contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance, and compliance for senior management.Requirements:
At least Bachelor's degree or above.Minimum of 2 years' experience in contract preparation and negotiation.Proficient understanding of contract law and legal terminology (a legal degree is not required but would be highly regarded) and best practices.Strong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written, communication, and organisational skills.Ability to effectively coordinate multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software (a plus).Candidates with bilingual abilities are preferred.Benefits:
