Contracts Administrator – Fit Out The Company You'll be working for a reputable mid-tier fit out contractorCommercial D&C contractor, D&C experience will be advantageousImpressive portfolio of clients including Uber, Miele, Bet 365Commercial fit out projects up to $15mDog friendly officeGreat office culture, including a beer tap in head officeFrequent team bonding events including sports days, the races, lunchesDo a lot of team volunteering / charity workRecently worked with 'our big kitchen' and 'children with autism'The Position – Contract Administrator Preparation of subcontractor tender packages, scope of works, contract documentation and procurement schedulesPreparation of head contract progress claimsSubmission and evaluation of variationsManaging both upstream and downstream with a focus on managing downstreamHead contract administrationPrepare end of monthly costs reports for presentation to the Construction ManagerAdminister RFIs to clients and consultantsAssisting Project Manager with daily operationsMaintaining project document controlBuild relationships and negotiate with suppliersSkills and Experience Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator with a similar contractor / projects is beneficialWe really need someone experienced to hit the ground runningWill work directly with the Senior PMStrong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAustralian working rightsSalary circa $110 - 140k + super DOE We are looking for CAs across the board within fit out and construction.
