Reporting to the Commercial Manager.
As our Senior Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of project contracts and documentation to ensure all commercial aspects and conditions are met.

About the Role
To Summarize:
The key tasks are:
Facilitate the administration
of the contract during the construction phase of the projects.
Provide support and contractual assistance
to the Project Manager where required to ensure the contractual obligations are being met.
Liaise with the Scheduling team
to ensure weekly programme reflects the true performance on the project.
Organise, compile and submit
variations to the contract
Follow up with the client
to ensure variations and claims are reviewed and signed off on an ongoing basis throughout the project.
Organise, compile and submit claims for delays and extension of time to the client in accordance with the Contract timeline and requirements.
Provide reports on Project performance
relating to (but not limited to) Progress, WHS, Manning etc as required by the Contract.
About You
To be successful in this position you will hold tertiary qualifications in business administration, law or a related field discipline and have at least 5 years experience as a senior contracts administrator in the heavy construction industry.
You will be able to demonstrate the following:
High level attention to detail
Strong understanding of contract law,
construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC), and
industry practices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency:
Proficient in contract management
software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
