Contract Administrator - Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Administrator to join our team at ISS Facility Services Australia Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities: Apply, enforce and monitor compliance to the client's and ISS's HSEQ policies associated with the contract.Ensure HSEQ incidents are reported promptly and investigated thoroughly and agreed corrective action(s) are implemented in line with ISS procedure.Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the designated client representatives via regular formal meetings.Provide excellence in customer service to internal and external customers.Manage requests for documentation and review and maintain the accuracy of records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.Entering and updating electronic copies of internally produced data and vendor data into the electronic document management systems.Act as first point of contact for administrative enquiries from vendors.Assist the team with Workforce Planning.Requirements: At least 2 years' experience in a similar operational environment.Knowledge of Service Now, SharePoint, One Drive and MS Excel.Strong IT skills in MS office including Outlook, Excel and Word.Good attention to detail, with the ability to multitask.Proficient typing skills and minute taking.What We Offer: Competitive contract salary packaging.Ongoing learning and development opportunities.Internal opportunities within our global organisation.Positive company culture.ISS is passionate about creating a culture that values inclusion and diversity, where all our people are treated fairly and respectfully.
