They are currently are looking to take on board two Contract Administrators with broad skills across all trades packages to assist the Project Managers and Commercial Managers, by overseeing and delivering a number of newly awarded projects throughout the Sydney area, including the Inner West, West, South, CBD, East and North. Projects range from Residential (Luxury, Medium & High-density), Mixed-use Residential and Commercial build, such as Schools, Hospitals, Hotels, Offices, Retail and Leisure Precincts. They are looking for professionals that are interested in joining an established and highly regarded company, and professionals that are looking for a great working environment that offers a healthy life and work balance. These are a long-term career roles that will progress to Contracts Manager or Project Manager roles and beyond, and will suit professionals with experience on either residential or commercial build projects.
They are looking for people with the following background:
At least five years of post-graduate experience working as either a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator or Project EngineerTertiary qualifications such as a Degree in Construction management or Civil Engineering, an Advanced Diploma or a Diploma in Building / Construction.Experience working on in residential, commercial build or structural refurbishment projectsExperience in contract administration, procurement, trade letting, cost planning, programming and scheduling.Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of running site based teams, liaising with the client and managing subcontractors Our client is looking for experienced professionals that want to join a progressive and forward thinking business that has an award winning culture, that is currently in a high growth mode focussed on delivering great projects within an environment that promotes a good balance between work and life.
