Our client is a nationwide industrial builder that has a strong outlook for the remainder of 2024 and beyond.
With a variety of D&C projects ranging from office refurbishments through to corporate head offices, their focus is on individual soltions for each of their clients.

THE ROLE
If variety in projects is what you're seeking, this could be the role for you.
A large focus will be on Industrial type builds initially as part of a new project team, hwoever with current tenders, there should be more variety in Commercial builds in the future.
As a Contract Administrator, you will work within a project team including Project Manager, Senior CA and Project Coordinator along with their Site teams.
Project scoping and procurement of trades.Head contract and sub-contract negotiations, letting and administration as directed by PMFinancial management including progress claims and variations, Analyse budgets, cashflows and prepare reporting as requiredTracking project costs, expenditures and budgeting.Program management and RFI's.SKILLS/REQUIRMENETS 2-5 years of experience as a CA on Commercial construction projects. Projects between $10-20mill would be of great interestTertiary qualified in Construction Management (or equivalent).Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work cohesively in a close team environment.Strong communication skills with an inherent ability to build strong lasting relationships with contractors and suppliers.Strong IT skills.WHAT'S ON OFFER?
