Contract Administrator | Commercial Construction (Vic)

THE ROLE
If variety in projects is what you're seeking, this could be the role for you. As a Contract Administrator, you will work within a project team including a Project Manager and Project Coordinator along with their Site teams. Responsibilities include project scoping and procurement of trades, head contract and sub-contract negotiations, letting and administration as directed by PM, financial management including progress claims and variations, tracking project costs, expenditures, and budgeting, program management, and RFI's.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

2-5 years of experience as a CA on Commercial construction projects.
Experience using Procore, Jobpac and/or 1Breadcrumb will be highly regarded.
Tertiary qualified in Construction Management (or equivalent).
Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work cohesively in a close team environment.
Strong communication skills with an inherent ability to build strong lasting relationships with contractors and suppliers.
Strong IT skills.
