This role reports to the Team Leader, working closely together to achieve the business's strategic goals and objectives and contributing to the success of future projects. As a key member of the team, you'll find yourself immersed in a supportive and collaborative work environment. Our client prides themselves on their down-to-earth culture and the close-knit relationships they build internally and through their projects.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiating with subcontractors

Processing invoices & chasing payment

Subcontract variations

Tender review drawings

Letting packages

Putting together Scope of Works

Skills & ExperienceEssential:

A relevant construction degree or trade background

At least 3-5 years' experience working as a Contract Administrator

Competent user of Jobpac and all other Microsoft packages

Good attitude, eagerness to learn and initiative
