Contracts Administration (Administration & Office Support)Full timeSalary: $66,525 – $77,900 per year plus superannuationThe PositionThe Contract Administration Officer will work collaboratively with the Project Delivery Team to ensure the efficient administration function of the department.This role provides administrative support to the Project Delivery team, which includes but is not limited to:Registering and maintaining all contractsMonitoring and reporting on related state and federal grantsPreparing and processing correspondenceMaintaining databasesPreparing and processing purchase orders and invoicesCompleting researchPerforming administrative tasks associated with Council's activities including tendersPreparing meeting minutesRegistration of documents into Council's record management systemAbout YouYou will have completed Year 12 or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
Experience working in a medium to large organisation would be an advantage.
You will possess very good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Adobe Acrobat, ECM, and TechOne.In addition, you will respond well to change, possess excellent customer service skills, and communicate effectively.
