Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Contract Administrator
to manage and oversee contracts on major rail projects. This is a contract role running until February, offering the opportunity to gain invaluable experience with a top-tier contractor in the rail sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage contract documentation and administration for rail projects
Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontractor agreements and variations
Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms
Assist with procurement processes and ensure alignment with project objectives
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to resolve contract issues
Manage claims, disputes, and contract closeout procedures
Prepare and manage contract reports, ensuring all records are up to date
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally within the rail or infrastructure sector
Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and contract management
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of Sydney's rail infrastructure and relevant regulatory requirements is a plus
