Contract Administrator

to manage and oversee contracts on major rail projects.
This is a contract role running until February, offering the opportunity to gain invaluable experience with a top-tier contractor in the rail sector.Key ResponsibilitiesManage contract documentation and administration for rail projectsPrepare, review, and negotiate subcontractor agreements and variationsMonitor contract performance and ensure compliance with termsAssist with procurement processes and ensure alignment with project objectivesLiaise with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to resolve contract issuesManage claims, disputes, and contract closeout proceduresPrepare and manage contract reports, ensuring all records are up to dateKey Requirements:Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally within the rail or infrastructure sectorStrong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and contract managementExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsKnowledge of Sydney's rail infrastructure and relevant regulatory requirements is a plusWhat's on Offer:Competitive contract rateWork with an industry-leading contractor on high-impact rail projectsImmediate start with a contract running until FebruarySydney-based role with opportunities to network and collaborate with top professionals in the industryHow to Apply:If you're ready to take on a challenging role and contribute to major rail projects in Sydney, we want to hear from you!
