This can be a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in the east coast of Australia or on the west coast of the US.
Your future teamWe're looking for a Contingent Worker Specialist to join our procurement team.
You'll report to the Head of Procurement Excellence, and join Atlassian's global procurement team consisting of a highly performing, collaborative group of professionals. You'll be part of the team focused on ensuring our contingent worker (CW) program is operating efficiently, is compliant and providing a high-quality business experience.
You'll work with multiple teams at all levels across Atlassian in the management of our CW program, implement efficiency transformation projects and strategy and improve the user experience.
What you'll doManage the operations of the CW program, ensuring efficiency throughout the non-FTE life-cycle.Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Employment Law, HR Operations, Brand & Marketing, and Talent Acquisition on CW projects, solutions and issues.Provide support for hiring managers concerning CW guidelines and procedures, ensuring a high user experience.Monitor new resource requests, supplier communications and requisitions.Act as the first escalation point for CW program support and issue resolution.Monitor program level data indicators and Service level agreements.Manage supplier relationships; SOW contract compliance, delivery, issues and risks etc.Implement efficiency and transformation projects.Your background3 + years of experience in contingent workforce related roles.Detailed end-to-end understanding of procurement and contingent worker processes.Experience writing project summaries and process pages.History of collaborating well with partners to develop a culture of getting to "yes."Success with iterating to an outcome.Passion to understand Atlassian's products, customers, culture, and business models.Experience translating customer needs into improvement projects.CompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $110,500 - $147,400
Zone B: $99,500 - $132,600
Zone C: $91,700 - $122,300
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
