About the Role An opportunity exists for a Continence Nurse - Clinical Nurse Consultant A-B to join the multidisciplinary Continence Team. This fixed term, 16 hrs per week position is until 15/3/26. As a specialist Continence Nurse, you will be responsible for the assessment and management strategies for clients referred with specific continence problems. Our service receives referrals from diverse sources including the community, and specialist clinics at St Vincent's Fitzroy including Urology and Colorectal.
Classifications for this position will be ZF4 - ZJ4 ($113, 360 - $119,329 Per Annum, Pro Rata)
Your Contribution A demonstrated sound knowledge of current evidence-based practices in the area of continence assessment, management and evaluation
Highly developed interpersonal skills including excellent communication and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to work alone or within an interdisciplinary team
Highly developed organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
Current Nursing Registration and Victorian driver's licence

About Continence Clinic The Continence Service is one of the HIP services that provides time-limited, goal-oriented care for people who have a physical disability, are frail, chronically ill or recovering from traumatic injury or illness to regain and/or maintain optimal function.
