Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking finance company, is seeking a skilled Content Specialist to drive its content creation and digital presence.
This role focuses on crafting engaging, brand-aligned content for various web, email, and social media platforms. The position is located onsite in an inner southern suburb of Brisbane.
Salary range: 80,000 - 100,000 inc super.
(dependant on experience) Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Editing: Develop and refine copy for emails, websites, social media, and long-form content while adhering to brand tone and style.
Content Strategy & Management: Oversee the content calendar for owned channels, ensuring timely updates and consistency.
SEO & Optimization: Write and optimize content to boost search engine visibility.
Content Refresh: Update existing materials and source compelling visuals.
Email Marketing: Create audience-specific EDM content that drives engagement.
Social Media Management: Draft and schedule posts, optimize engagement through tagging, and contribute to the broader social media strategy.
Skills & Experience: 2-4 years of relevant content creation experience.
Creative thinker with a fresh approach to content development.
Deadline-oriented and proactive in stakeholder management.
A strong understanding of customer personas and journey mapping is desirable.
Proficiency in creating multimedia content, including video and user-generated content.
Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms.
Exceptional writing skills across various formats (web, email, social).
SEO-savvy with a focus on brand awareness and retention marketing.
Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
