National graduate programGaining entrance to the Graduate Program at Maurice Blackburn means an exciting start to your legal career in one of Australia's leading social justice law firms. The 12 month Graduate Program provides a broad range of training designed to give you insight into all aspects of plaintiff law. The program encourages active participation and contribution which enables you to be rewarded with excellent training opportunities, tangible professional development and an insight into life at Maurice Blackburn. The Program has been specifically designed to combine formal training with invaluable hands-on experience. If required, Maurice Blackburn will also support you to complete Practical Legal Training (PLT), a necessary requirement for admission.
The Program is a national program with Graduates placed across various practice areas and locations nationally. The program will be a 12-month placement with a practice area, giving the ability to create in-depth knowledge and experience in that area of law. You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners, and other internal and external experts, and be able to build lasting relationships through legal networking events. As a Law Graduate we encourage you to shadow experienced lawyers, attend court and client meetings, and even brief counsel.

This program offers hands-on practical experience and insight into working in the legal industry over a 12-month period. This highly successful program has been running since 2008 and includes:
An active learning environment with ongoing training opportunities;A dedicated coach to support you throughout the program.You will have a Coach and a People & Culture representative who will be there every step of the way to ensure you are supported for the duration of this program. Your Coach will share their knowledge, provide regular feedback, and guide you to be able to work independently as a Legal Support Professional.
You will be provided with in-depth training on:

About the role As a Content & Social Media Coordinator, you'll work alongside our Marketing team to develop digital content and social media activity to achieve firm's objectives and content strategy goals. Working collaboratively, you will be involved with executing content and social media activity to increase website visits and qualified leads.
This role reports into the Content and Social Media Lead in our Marketing teams.
This role would be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to:
Develop and source engaging content for the firm's website and social media channels, including writing, recording, and editing.Maintain a content calendar for the firm's blog.Support in implementing digital content strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.Execute the social media strategy, ensuring compliance with advertising regulations.Oversee moderation and escalation on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.Analyse performance reports to optimise digital content and social media efforts.The experience we are looking for: Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or related field.3+ years experience implementing digital content campaigns across websites, social media, EDMs and advertising.Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud suite.Strong skills in digital writing, blogs, and social media content production.Ability to independently research complex topics in order to produce accessible and educative content.In-depth understanding of digital content strategies, platforms, and marketing campaigns.Our People Commitment comes with the following benefits: Ongoing coaching and career development opportunities;22 Weeks Parental leave with your superannuation guaranteed and back-to-work transition policy;End of Year leave, 1 day first year, 4 days after 2 years;Comprehensive mental health framework, including wellbeing leave (up to 4 extra days per year) and $299 reimbursement;A hybrid flex working model;Salary Continuance & Life Insurance;17.5% Annual Leave Loading.Our shared values represent what we stand for and guide how we act, with Courage; Compassion; Collaboration; Fairness and Tenacity.
