What's the opportunity? We are looking for a strategic Content Product Manager to join our team.
The Content Product Manager will be responsible for developing, curating, and maintaining a comprehensive content platform, distribution network and corpus of content that serves as a cornerstone of expertise for our staff, customers, and their communities.

Here's how you'll do it : The Content Product Manager is responsible for:
Define and manage the delivery of content products from concept through to post-launch enhancements.
Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Design and manage a scalable content production and delivery platform.
Lead and mentor a team of content creators, ensuring high-quality output.
Establish and maintain relationships with content partners and negotiate strategic deals.
Implement data-driven processes to measure content performance and guide decision-making.
Continuously optimize content workflows and processes for efficiency and quality
Help design and ensure execution of an exciting and strategic roadmap for our content product.
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, including inception, discovery, iterative delivery, and launch.
Ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
What you'll bring: Proven track record and experience as a Product Manager in a CMS or content-focused role (Note: This is not a content creation role; it is a Product Manager role for a content platform and products).
Experience in the K-12 education sector is desirable..
Expertise in data-driven product development, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in an agile and fast-paced environment, and the capability to balance short-term goals with long-term strategies.
Experience managing people will be beneficial.
You'll have Strong product and operational knowledge with proven experience in driving customer engagement
Strong managerial and leadership skills
Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
The ability to influence others & bring them on the journey
A natural problem solver
Exceptional presentation skills
The ability to lead from the front, inspire your team to strive for exceptional results and a resolute passion to delight prospects and customers at every interaction.
It would be helpful to have experience in a SaaS business environment.
