About the Role 
 
We're looking for a talented professional to join our team and play a key role in developing and executing strategic content marketing initiatives across all our business units.
The Content Marketing Specialist will write a broad range of high-quality, customer-facing content for all divisions of the Marketing group.
In this role, you'll need to be a rising star in three areas:
Content creation: We want you to tap into your writing and storytelling talents to develop a range of communications assets for marketing initiatives including, in-person and online events, website content, social media posts, blogs, case studies and more. Content planning: Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will develop messaging that resonates with target markets and personas. You will also leverage analytics to optimise content performance, reach and effectiveness. Communication & collaboration: Partnering with the Communications Manager, you will deliver and implement end-to-end communications plans supporting multiple marketing programs. About You You are first and foremost a talented writer and storyteller capable of effectively engaging target audiences. 
You also have a knack for research and a proven ability to analyse data and feedback to continuously improve and optimise content.
To be successful in this role, you will need: 
Degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or other relevant business subjects. 2+ years' B2B marketing and communications experience Proven experience in writing and editing content across multiple mediums including, copy writing for online, direct mail, case studies and social media. A proven background in SEO/SEM best practices will be highly regarded. Superior communication skills with excellent grammar, attention to detail. Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for creating clear, concise and engaging content are a must.  Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to remain professional under pressure. A strong understanding of balancing workflow productivity and output quality coupled with hands-on experience with marketing automation software and/or exposure to the technology sector are an advantage. Ability to read, understand and evaluate content performance metrics. Positive, collaborative and openly supportive attitude with colleagues is non-negotiable.  Knowledge of our industry (or a willingness to learn quickly!). You must hold current permanent and full-time working rights in Australia.
