The Role Are you passionate about leveraging customer insights to craft engaging content? Do you excel in elevating brand awareness and driving engagement for B2B audiences? Join our passionate and engaged team at Global Payments, where you'll support our three payments brands: Eway, Ezidebit, and Global Payments. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will support in developing and executing a robust content strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation across the sales funnel and own the customer communications calendar.

As the Content Marketing Specialist you will: Champion positioning our brands as thought leaders in payments solutions by:Working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop and execute a content strategy based on customer insights and market trends;Creating various paid and organic content formats: blog posts, social media updates, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, webinars and videos to align to the overarching content strategy;Managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content to foster engagement; and drive platform growth. Help improve sales uplift and customer experience via:Collaborating with sales teams to create lead nurture content to support the sales funnel;Managing and leading the customer communications calendar to align with product updates and compliance requirements. Continually report on performance and optimise our approach by:Monitoring and analysing content performance using metrics and analytics tools;Refining content strategies based on insights for continuous improvement;Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners;Communicating effectively to align content strategies with business objectives. You will also bring:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;3 - 5 years experience in content management and customer content creation, preferably in a B2B environment;Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce captivating content on intricate topics for various audiences and platforms;Experience in researching and crafting thought leadership articles pertinent to target markets;Competence in content performance tracking and analytics tools;Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a penchant for collaboration across diverse teams;Self-motivated and proactive, adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
