Your Mission We are looking for a Content Manager to join our fast-growing Global Marketing team. Reporting to our Head of Content, UK, and working directly with an ANZ marketing team, you will support the team on content creation across all channels (owned, paid, events) with a key focus on meeting objectives and supporting all content requirements for Australia and New Zealand.
This role offers the benefit of owning content requirements for the Australia/New Zealand market while working with a broader global team. Within a local marketing team comprised of Marketing Manager, Designers, and CX Leads, and alongside a local business of Product/Tech, Operations, Sales, and Finance, this role will deliver high-quality content across an array of channels and objectives to support the ANZ business.
Key Responsibilities Deliver content to support Sales/Partner enablement including collateral, events, webinars, and RFPs (working with Marketing Manager).Deliver product content to support ongoing product development and launches, including 'how to' videos, user guides, Help articles, internal enablement, and paid content (working with Product team).Manage customer communications including product/pricing updates, Incident communications, and ANZ e-newsletters.Manage communications for CLM program including Onboarding, Early Life, BAU, Retention, and Closure emails (working with CX team).Act as a brand ambassador, adhering to the global Nuvei brand guidelines and tone of voice across all communications.Own traffic management and briefings with designers for all Marketing briefs for ANZ.Learn Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales & Marketing) to support successful understanding of customers and account setup.Learn and use Stripo email tool to create emails and build campaigns.Develop reports and insights for all communications channels used and campaigns executed.Preferred Qualifications Proven content creation ability including copywriting, creative brief development, and content output across multiple asset types.Ability to pull reports and insights from all marketing channels and present to the business.Experience in events (booking, content requirements, bump in/out) beneficial but can be learned on the job.Strong communications and interpersonal skills to support working with multiple stakeholders of varying seniority.Problem-solving mindset and confidence to put ideas forward.Ability to manage a high volume of work strategically while delivering quality content.Nuvei is an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates collaboration and innovation and is committed to developing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
