About the Role If you are a whizz with words, a tech superstar and "get" user research, then this is the perfect role for you.
You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of RANZCP's digital content to support the user experience and organisational goals.
Key tasks include:
Create, edit and optimise web content that is clear, concise and engaging. Ensure content meets identified user needs, is accessible and aligns with content guidelines. Write and edit user interface (UI) text, and adapt content provided by other teams to meet user and business needs. Create and edit images and simple graphics for web use, ensuring visual content aligns with digital requirements. Publish content to website Content Management Systems (CMS). Work effectively within a small team and provide guidance as needed. Please refer to the Position Description (via Apply Now button) for further information.
What You'll Bring Knowledge of user experience and the ability to strategically use language to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Strong understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and content structure. Proven ability to advise and collaborate with others on editing. Excellent communication skills, able to work well in a team and independently. Qualifications and Experience A minimum of 3 years' experience in developing and maintaining digital content ideally in an education, health, government or membership organisation. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related discipline i.e.
Digital Marketing or Media, or relevant experience. Australian or New Zealand citizen or holds the right to work in Australia. Some of What's on Offer: Salary range from $79,900 to $99,900 inclusive of superannuation and leave loading. A great hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. A monthly free paid day off for full-time staff. Gender neutral 12 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary care givers.
