super (negotiable)Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne preferred - HybridThe role can be undertaken fully off-site (must be within Australia)Job Reference #1296945Seeking a skilled content writer and editor with experience in digital platforms, ideally Drupal and SharePoint.This dynamic role requires strong time management, the ability to guide stakeholders on best practices, and collaboration with technical and communications teams.Key Duties:Develop accessible, user-centered content for digital products and services, including information architecture design, in line with government or corporate standards.Publish digital content using web content management systems, with proficiency in Drupal and SharePoint.Apply best practice content design principles, create templates, and develop guidance materials while advocating for a user-centered design approach.Work within a digital service design and communications environment, leveraging knowledge of digital technologies and processes, such as campaign management, SEO, and customer analytics.Ensure compliance with the Digital Service Standard, Agile methodology, and WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA standards.Essential Criteria:At least three years' experience in developing accessible, user-centered content for digital products and services, including information architecture design, in a government or corporate environment.Proficiency and experience in publishing digital content using web content management systems, especially Drupal and SharePoint.Ability to articulate best practice content design recommendations, develop templates and best practice guidance material, collaborate with influence and advocate for a user-centered design approach.Experience in a digital service design and communications environment and knowledge of a range of digital technologies and processes (such as campaign management, SEO, customer analytics).Demonstrated understanding and ability to apply the Digital Service Standard, Agile methodology, and WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA.Experience working with limited supervision in multidisciplinary teams and building effective stakeholder relationships in a rapid change environment.Interested?
