About the RoleAre you ready to elevate your communication skills and unleash your creativity? Join the LifeFlight Marketing and Media department as a full-time Content and Communications Coordinator.
In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our corporate communication initiatives, contributing to exciting projects that shape our messaging and engage our community. You'll ensure that our communications are timely, consistent, and impactful across all internal and external channels including social media platforms.
Reporting to the Content & Social Media Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your career across multiple platforms, including content creation, corporate communications, social media, marketing and design.

To succeed in this role, you will require the below:
Experience managing corporate and internal communications across various platforms.Demonstrated experience in writing, content creation, editing, proofreading and publishing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.Proficiency in using communication tools and software, including content management systems, social media platforms, email marketing platforms, and design software (e.g., Canva, Brevo and Social Sprout).Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations and/or Journalism in addition to 3 plus years demonstrated experience.CultureOur Marketing and Media team are creative, professional, and dedicated to our purpose to save lives – proactively promoting LifeFlight and motivated to share our stories. Salary Packaging Options: As an employee of LifeFlight, you have the opportunity to benefit from salary packaging, allowing you to allocate up to $15,900 per Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) year towards general living expenses.
